What we collect
When you send a quote request through the form, we receive:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give it
- where the building is (town or village)
- whether you are a household, a business or a wholesale buyer
- what you are interested in: a solar PV system, a hybrid system with a battery, panels and equipment, maintenance or something else
- if you give them: your monthly electricity bill, the system size, the roof type and your message
- any photos you attach, such as your bill or your roof
The form also sends the page language and two technical fields that are used only to stop spam. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us there.
Why we use it
We use this data only to prepare a quote for you and to contact you about it: to understand what you need, to design the system and, if you decide to go ahead, for the work that follows.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
The form sends your request by email to the Panele Diellore Fotovoltaike mailbox. The site runs on our hosting provider's servers, and the form does not store your request on the site.
The WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram links take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your request only as long as we need it for the quote and for any work that follows from it. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
To make a request, email us at pdiellore@gmail.com, call us on +355 68 613 5951, or write to us at Rruga Misto Mame, Nr. 5, Lushnjë, Albania.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the personal data protection authority.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not use analytics tools. Its fonts and files load from the same server.
